Certainly! We can accommodate any such requests. Please tell us your preferences at least one day prior to your trip. Please mention any allergies or dietary requirements you may have.

CAN I TIP THE CREW?

Sure, if you enjoyed your trip and would like to show your gratitude to our crew members, feel free! A tip of 10-15% is customary, but not mandatory.

HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO ARRIVE BEFORE THE TRIP?

You should arrive at check-in location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled cruise start time. If for any reason you realise you will not be able to make it on time, please let us know as soon as possible.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED ON BOARD?

Absolutely, our cruises make for a great family holiday experience! Please note that for safety reasons, kids should be monitored by their parents at all times.

HOW TO DRESS?

Anything that makes you feel comfortable is fine. It is also a good idea to consult the weather forecast and adjust accordingly. We recommend you also bring a hat, sunglasses, and a light jacket with you.
